Lucas' heart no longer belongs to his panda.
His new love is a plush monkey I recently attached to his baby gym.
He spends his time under the arches smiling at and talking to his little monkey and quickly focused all of his arm-swinging energy on making contact with his new friend. It wasn't long before he started to get a hold of the tail. Each time he finally catches that curly tail in his chubby little hands, he squeals with delight and waves his clenched fist about, making the whole structure shake in celebration.
Lucas loves stretching out with bare legs and feet, so I'll usually unbutton his pajamas to let him kick freely for a while.
Sweet baby boy loves his monkey!
