After losing all of my baby weight, I set my sights on losing the "grad school fifteen". I've made great strides with my running routine and can bang out five miles like I'm a real runner now. Still, I've found myself staring at the same number on the scale every week for over a month now.
I blame fall with all its spicy goodness and cool temps for baking.
Damn you, Autumn!
Thank goodness I'll have half marathon training to get me through the holiday season...
